1. What do I need to sign up with Sinbex Dispatch?

Getting started with us is a very quick and easy process. You will need to send us your:

1) Copy of CDL (for each driver being dispatched),
2) Copy of Operating Authority (MC/DOT),
3) Copy of W-9,
4) Copy of Insurance Certificate, naming Sinbex Dispatch LLC as a Certificate holder ($100,000 cargo/$1,000,000 liability. Power only carriers must also have $40,000 non-owned or interchange insurance).

Send those documents to info@sinbexdispatch.com. Once you send them, we will send you a Dispatch-Carrier agreement, an agreement that contains all the details of our cooperation, including a limited Power of Attorney, which will allow us to sign all the necessary documents on your behalf. There is also a Carrier Profile that you will need to fill out so we can use that information when setting you up with brokers. Fill out the Dispatch-Carrier agreement and send it back to us. At that point, we will be good to go.

2. Do I need my own MC authority?

Yes, you will need to have your own MC Authority in order to work with us.

3. Am I obligated to sign a long-term contract with you?

Absolutely not! There is no such thing in our partnership. You can stop working with us whenever you want, just give us a call or send us an email to let us know. The only important thing is to repay all your debts to us before you leave.

4. Do you work with new MC authorities?

Yes! We work with "new-born" MC numbers. We know how every beginning can be difficult sometimes, so we will use our experience and knowledge to get you through that beginning and to maximize your business potential!

5. Do you offer 24/7 support?

Absolutely! You can choose to have 24/7 office support. Whenever you need something, during working hours or in the middle of the night, our team will not let you wait for our answer and will immediately start working on each of your problems because we know that time is money in this industry!

6. Am I allowed to reject any offered load from you?

Yes you are. You are the boss here! That was, is and will always be the way Sinbex Dispatch works. If you don't like it, just don't take it, we are here to listen to all your needs.

7. How do I get paid?

If you use a factoring company, we will work with them and you will get paid from them. If you are not using a factoring company, we will invoice the brokers directly, so they will be the ones who will pay you. Either way, you don't need to worry about getting paid, we will take care of it for you.

8. How does Sinbex Dispatch get paid?

We get paid when you get paid.

9. Who will sign the rate confirmations?

We will do it for you. We will save you the time and stress of going back and forth with brokers, waiting for those rate confirmations and signing them. By signing a Power of Attorney in the Dispatch-Carrier agreement, you will give us permission to sign rate confirmations, Broker-Carrier packets and other business documents on your behalf.
